Straightforward help for everyday plumbing problems

Small plumbing problems can waste water, damage cabinets and make a bathroom or kitchen frustrating to use. I can inspect the visible fixture and connections, explain the likely repair, and confirm the price before work begins. If replacement parts are needed, we can decide whether you would like to supply them or have me pick them up.

A careful, transparent process

Photos help me understand the fixture, access and condition before scheduling. On site, I protect the work area, shut off and test the water as appropriate, complete the agreed repair, check the connections for leaks and clean up the immediate area before leaving.

When a licensed plumber is the better call

I do not take on every plumbing project. Work involving concealed supply lines, main drains, gas lines, major repiping, code issues, permits or complex diagnostics may require a licensed plumbing contractor. If the photos or on-site conditions point that way, I will say so clearly instead of pushing ahead with work outside my scope.

Common questions

Plumbing repairs FAQs

Can you install a faucet that I already purchased?

Yes, when the new faucet is compatible with the sink and the existing shutoffs and connections are in serviceable condition. Include a photo of the sink cabinet and the new fixture with your request.

Can you replace a shower or tub cartridge?

Often, yes. Cartridge identification and access matter, so photos of the handle, trim plate and valve area are useful before scheduling.

Do you repair emergency leaks?

Availability varies. If water is actively escaping, shut off the closest safe valve or the main water supply and contact an emergency plumber when immediate service is needed.
